Luxury Household Management & Domestic Staff Training in Singapore

I primarily support UHNW families who own luxury residences in Singapore, such as shophouses, penthouses or landed homes. Many of my clients divide their time between several countries and need a household that runs smoothly, even when they are travelling or entertaining international guests.

Every project begins with a detailed needs analysis to understand your lifestyle, expectations and current household structure. From there, I design tailored systems covering workflows, communication, service standards and documentation. If required, I also train your domestic staff on-site so that they can confidently implement the new structure in daily life.

I work with both existing and newly hired domestic staff. In many Singapore projects, there is significant untapped potential in long-term helpers who simply have never received professional training. My role is to develop their skills, confidence and mindset so they can operate at the level of a house manager or senior team member.

The duration depends on the scope of your residence and the complexity of your household. Some projects focus on a short, intensive training and system implementation over several days, while others evolve into long-term advisory relationships with follow-up visits and continuous refinement. After our initial conversation, I will provide a clear, tailored recommendation.
