Household Management Transformation for a UHNW Residence in Abu Dhabi
For a prominent UHNW family in Abu Dhabi, Stefan Schöning was invited to refine the internal operations of an extensive private residence.
The household team was large, diverse and highly capable, yet daily routines lacked structure and clarity.
By implementing precise communication flows, defined responsibilities and an elevated service culture, Stefan enabled the household to operate with the ease, discretion and refinement of a world-class residence.
The Opportunity: Improving Household Structure & Service Culture
The owners of a prestigious estate in Abu Dhabi felt that their household was not operating at the level of clarity and smoothness they expected. Daily operations required their personal involvement, consuming valuable time that could have been devoted to strategic or personal priorities.

My Approach: Establishing Systems, Workflows & Staff Alignment
After an in-depth on-site assessment and individual discussions with the principals and team members, I began by defining responsibilities and clarifying areas of expertise across the entire household structure.
I then developed a tailored communication and reporting system that ensured information flowed efficiently and discreetly. Daily routines, service sequences and internal workflows were refined and aligned with the expectations and lifestyle of the principals.
This structured yet elegant approach allowed the team to work with greater confidence, cohesion and professionalism.
